Official Rules
1. Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Massachusetts, Michigan, and where prohibited by law.
Employees of Altadis U.S.A. LLC or Cigar Aficionado and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, production companies, third party fulfillment agencies, promotion and contest administrators (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, and sibling) and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes Period will begin at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 20, 2026, and will end at 11:59 PM ET on September 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes website at altadis.cigaraficionado.com and complete the online entry form with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. If more than one entry is submitted for any one person or email address, ALL entries of that person will be disqualified.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error in the processing of entries.
5. Grand Prize
Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) 3-night complimentary stay for 2 guests in a Luxury Junior Suite at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA, brunch for 2 daily, complimentary 50-minute spa treatments for two, a complimentary round of golf for two at IWGR, and a $1,200 gift card toward airfare and/or travel expenses (Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,600).
*Travel dates may be subject to blackout dates and national holidays, as determined by Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa.
Prize Conditions: There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize, in whole or in part, will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, and only then for a prize of greater or equal value as determined by Sponsor. The difference between any ARV and actual retail value (due to market fluctuations at the time of prize award, or for another reason) will not be awarded in cash. Prizes will be awarded in compliance with any federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. Prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes awarded are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms of these Official Rules. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If Prize Winner takes a guest, guest must be 21 years of age or older. All taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely Prize Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to transportation, baggage fees, gratuities, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, food, alcohol, room service, service charges, souvenirs, etc. Prize winner is responsible for making any necessary flight arrangements. Sponsor is not obligated in any way to provide the Prize Winner with alternate arrangements. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any travel delay. Guest may be required to execute and return release of liability and, where legal, publicity release. If Prize winner chooses to use only a portion of the Prize, with or without a guest, that portion shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred by winner and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of prize by winner. Prize may not be sold or otherwise exploited for commercial use. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest. After the trip is booked, if the Prize winner determines that the travel is not permissible due to health or safety reasons, or for any other reasons, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and no compensation or substitution will be awarded.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about September 12, 2026, Sponsor will select potential prize winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Within ten (10) days after the applicable Drawing, Sponsor will make two (2) attempts, over a three (3) business day period, to contact the potential Grand Prize winner via the contact information provided upon entry to confirm information needed in order to declare the potential Grand Prize winner an official winner. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached during such three (3) business day period, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. Once contact is made, the potential Grand Prize winner will be required, as a condition of verification and acceptance, to sign and return, within five (5) business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Acceptance, Publicity (where legally permitted) and Liability Release (“Release”), or else such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Noncompliance, failure to provide any information within the time specified, failure to respond to notification attempt(s) or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected. All decisions of Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final.
7. Disputes, Governing Law and Venue
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZES AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
