Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Romeo y Julieta 150th Anniversary Humidor Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Altadis U.S.A., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates specified in the campaign materials. Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the period if necessary.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Sweepstakes website and complete the official entry form with your full name, email address, and any other required information. You must agree to these Official Rules and confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value

Grand Prize – One (1) Winner: Romeo y Julieta 150th Anniversary Humidor. ARV: [To be determined].

Total ARV of all prizes: [To be determined]. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes except at Sponsor’s discretion due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. Winners must respond within the time specified in the notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other required documentation within the time specified or the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error in the processing of entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or possession, acceptance, or use of any prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Altadis U.S.A. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
